like a young rabbit, a pile of you
outlined by pearls of water,
brandishing your kind frame
with a thoughtful tone
and just adjacent from the drain, I
was somewhere far off again
sometimes I exchange careful glances
with the sun but rarely do I ask for its
validation, else I receive another burn
